국내 리걸테크 전문 컨설팅 기업 인텔렉추얼데이터(대표 조용민)는 기업 계약 특화 글로벌 리걸 AI 기업 루미넌스(Luminance)와 파트너십을 체결했다고 7일 밝혔다. 인텔렉추얼데이터는 이번 파트너십을 통해 AI 기반 국내 기업 계약 검토·관리 및 법무 자동화 솔루션 공급을 강화한다.

최근 국내 대기업·공공기관으로 리걸 AI 도입이 확산되며, 특히 해외 사업을 담당하는 법무·계약 부서를 중심으로 다국어 계약 검토와 리스크 분석 수요가 급증하고 있다. 다만 국내에서 한국어 지원과 계약 전 과정을 갖춘 글로벌 리걸 AI 선택지는 제한적이었다.

루미넌스는 영국 케임브리지대학교 AI 전문가들이 개발한 법무 특화 플랫폼으로, 포브스 '2025 AI 50'에 선정됐다. NVIDIA, AMD, H&M 등 다양한 산업군에서 전 세계 70개국 1,000개 이상의 기업이 활용하며 LG그룹을 포함한 국내 주요 기업도 도입했다. 별도 번역이나 설정 없이 한국어·영어 포함 다국어 계약서를 직접 분석·처리한다.

루미넌스를 도입한 일본 기업에서는 80페이지 계약서 검토 시간이 5분 이내로 줄었고, 법무 질의 대응 시간도 7일에서 10분으로 단축된 사례가 보고됐다. 루미넌스는 도입 전 기업별 ROI 시뮬레이션도 제공한다.
